Construct a PeriodIndex from ordinals.
- Parameters:
- ordinalsarray-like of int
The period offsets from the proleptic Gregorian epoch.
- freqstr or period object
One of pandas period strings or corresponding objects.
- namestr, default None
Name of the resulting PeriodIndex.
- Returns:
- PeriodIndex
